Mae ein sector breifat yn druenus, a’n cyfryngau a ffrwd newyddion sydd ddim yn Brydeinig, yn brin iawn iawn. Drwy annibyniaeth gallwn ni ddechrau gweithio ar hybu busnes yng Nghymru, a rhannu a phrosesu gwybodaeth sydd ddim yn hanu o Lundain…
Ac wrth gwrs, o safbwynt synnwyr cyffredin, tydi hi ddim yn gyfrinach fod San Steffan wedi malu, mae’n amser torri’n rhydd o’r llanast. Cymru Rydd yn Ewrop.”
“From an artistic perspective, I believe that it’s difficult for Wales to find an international platform for its art and culture, compared to Scotland or the Irish for example. Independence would give us the confidence to share our creativity and ensure that Welsh culture contributes to a world-wide cultural conversation, which would in turn raise the profile of our nation and propel us to develop and mature as a country. In addition, we are still a very divided country in many ways, and it is crucial that we are able to be confident in two languages and welcome everybody to partake in our culture.
Our private sector is pitiful, and media and news streams in Wales which aren’t ‘British’ in perspective are extremely scarce. Independence can enable us to start start promoting business in Wales, and to share and process information which doesn’t come from London..
And of course, just from a common sense perspective, it is no secret that Westminster is broken and that it is high time we broke free of that mess. A Free Wales in Europe.”
